Introduction
Ever wanted to know how to better your life? Do you struggle to have enough time in your day to do everything that you want? Are you stuck in a rut of depression and feel like you want to change but can't? Well, Stephen Covey came up with seven habits that can help change and shape the lives of anyone. These habits are found in Stephen Covey's book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, and taught in a way that teens can understand in the book call The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens by Sean Covey, Stephen Covey's son. When these seven habits are implemented in life, they change who people are and help create strong leaders.
